Connect365 app enables company executives to receive a call made by online visitor / customer from the company website to know more about the listed products offered by company. This is a one side video app where company executive is visible to the online visitor / customer but not vice-versa. Either participants can mute unmute, chat to share additional links or text and also end the call once it is done. Company Executive can fill quick information about the call and click on submit button to save the information.
No customer information is being requested and/or stored in order to make this one way video call from company website.
Company Executive can take the calls, view the call history and any upcoming appointments along with ability to edit their own profile. Change Password, Forgot Password options are also available.
